POLICY FOR ALUMNI

 Eklavya School, welcomes all old students to visit the school. It is a matter of joy and pride for us that they remember their Alumni and want to visit us. There are still some apprehensions, so the following points have to be considered whenever you plan a visit.

1.                  Alumni are requested to seek prior permission from the school. You can email at eklavya@eklavya.org   stating the   date, time and purpose of the visit. We know the main purpose would be sentimental where you would like to meet   the teachers and Principal, which you can mention in the letter. We would also like to know if you will be   accompanied during the visit.

2.                  When you visit the school you are inspiring other students .So we expect you to maintain proper decorum in the   school and request you not to disturb the schedule of the school in any way.

3.                  You are allowed to come in your own vehicle and are expected to follow the norms of not using mobiles etc. The   driver accompanying you should not eat Pan, Gutka, Tobacco in the school campus or use a mobile.

4.                  Alumni are requested not to visit the school on occasions like Euphoria, School play, Phoenix , Sports Day,  Creative   Mela etc. If your brother or sister is in school then as a family member you may attend the functions to  which parents  are invited.
