Methodology |
I will ask lots of questions related division. I will give her example how she use division in real life. For example: She has 96 marbles and she distribute among 8 children. How many each one will get. What happen when the marbles are 92 and she has to distribute shame children? Once I satisfy that children are clear about division with word problems then she will write on board how to do word problems in division. Q. In a school, there are 8 classes. Each class has an equal number of children. How many children are there in each class if the total number of children I is 688? (688/8) First children should understand the question. What does it mean by this question. What it asking etc. 8 classes has 688 children. 86 How many children in each class? ---------- 8 688 No. Of children = 688 64 No. Of children in each class: 86 ---------- 048 48 ---------- 0 Ans.
